White Rabbit, Red Rabbit

White Rabbit, Red Rabbit

by Nassim Soleimanpour

Thursday, October 5

The script for White Rabbit, Red Rabbit is sitting in a sealed envelope. The actor who will perform it (MacArthur Stine) has never seen the play or the script. He’s  only been told what is absolutely necessary. This is what he knows:

Do not Google this play.
Prepare to impersonate a Scribble.
Once you start, you must finish…

On October 5th, MacArthur will receive the script in a sealed envelope at the beginning of the show in front of the audience. He will perform it as he reads it for the first time and then he can never perform it again. There are no rehearsals and no director- just the thrill of discovering a play with the actor who performs it.

WHITE RABBIT RED RABBIT has been called a play. But it’s a lively, global sensation that no-one is allowed to talk about. Its award-winning playwright, Nassim Soleimanpour, is Iranian. His words have escaped censorship and are awaiting our audience. Slyly humorous and audaciously pointed, this ‘theater entertainment meets social experiment’ is unlike anything, and will make you question everything.  Past performers include Nathan Lane, Whoopi Goldberg, George Takei,  Alan Cumming, Cynthia Nixon, Wayne Brady, Martin Short, Kyra Sedgewick and more. Presented in association with Aurora Nova Productions and Boat Rocker Entertainment.

We dare you not to Google this play.
