Thanks to over 1,000 individuals, businesses and foundations, we have

• purchased the building

• cleared the interior of hazardous materials and mold

• installed a new slate roof

• recreated the original weathervane and roof cresting

• stabilized the walls and roof trusses

• repaired and restored every window

• replaced over 3,000 bricks

• repaired and water-proofed the foundation

• reinstalled the town's Great Bell

• recreated the Pleasant Street Garden

• installed gorgeous new front doors

• created a fully accessible front porch and steps
